VELVET BUZZSAW ART HORROR

Velvet Buzzsaw is a satirical American horror film written and directed by Dan Gilroy, featuring a supernatural entity haunting an Art gallery, which is unleashed after a series of spirit repository paintings created by an unknown Artist are discovered after his demise.

The entity then sets about enacting its revenge upon the leeches of the elitist Art establishment who have allowed their monetary greed to get in the way of Art. If the the truth be told, Artist’s don’t make Art history, it’s the elitist buyers with deep pockets, who determine what Artist makes it into the history books or not. In other words, it is all fixed! As far as the Art establishment is concerned, if you are not in the club, you’re a Hobo to rip off!

Velvet Buzzsaw is slang for the vagina/vulva as well as the practice of cunnilingus. The initial first letters of each, V and B, could be a Freudian slip reference to the next two letters of the alphabet, W and C, which is a British abbreviation for a toilet, otherwise quaintly called a ‘Water Convenience.’ Okay! I’m going way out on a extended limb of brain-storming symbol crunching there; although Art is a symbolic means to transmute the prima materia of experiential detritus into gold!

As another pop-surrealist aside, of sorts, there is a particular grimoire spirit called Belphegor, who is one of the very few grimoire spirits described manifesting as a young girl, looking like the Velvet Buzzsaw Mona Lisa, the French author Arthur Bernède immortalised as a spectral Velvet Buzzsaw phantom terrorising the Art gallery of the Louvre, which was later made into a highly popular 1965 French television miniseries, directed by Claude Barma.

The Velvet Buzzsaw actress who played Belphegor was Juliette Gréco.

In the classical grimoires Belphegor is as per usual depicted as being a ‘Bearded’ male daemon of a deified Animus fixation, whose female (Anima) manifestation is just a way to tempt a horny magician.

Said daemon is depicted seated upon a WC, ‘Water Convenience.’ Though a basic, everyday ‘invention,’ one’s foundation stone of a base Chakra will consider it to be one of the greatest inventions since the invention of fire, created by the likes of a goatee bearded inventive Artist looking like a Mercurial Leonardo da Vinci.

The Bishop and witch-hunter Peter Binsfeld believed that Belphegor tempts by means of laziness. Some to have considered da Vinci being afflicted with laziness due to his inability to complete many of his Artworks. Also as a daemon, Belphegor is described in Kabbalistic writings as the “disputer”, an enemy of the sixth Sephiroth “beauty,” da Vinci was somewhat of a disputer, who disputed church dogma, such as having an under-painting depicting an ancient Egyptian temple arising out of the rubble of a church.

Belphegor is classified as being a daemon of the month of April; it just so happens da Vinci was born on Friday, April 14th, in the year 1452, at 9:40 PM (Julian cal.) As for Belphegor being depicted seated on a toilet, if you did not have the commonality of basic sanitation, such as a WC, a Vatican city would quickly find its self drowning in its own holier than thou shit!

Anyway, in the 1965 French TV miniseries, Velvet Buzzsaw Belphegor is shown having an affinity for ancient Egyptian artifacts who wears a mask.

Belphegor later haunted the Louvre pyramid in the 2001 film, Le fantôme du Louvre, starring Velvet Buzzsaw actress Sophie Marceau.

Le fantôme du Louvre was directed by Jean-Paul Salomé, but it was not the first Belphegor movie. There was the prior 1927 film, Belphégor, directed Henri Desfontaines. The screenplay was written by Arthur Bernède. Belphegor was played by the Velvet Buzzsaw actress, Elmire Vautier.

Many a writer to know that the names for their characters are very important, which are often utilised as subconscious mnemonic devices that trigger off symbolic associations. Character names can be used to indicate influences, or to subversively credit, let alone satirising situations or other people, etc. Sometimes, character names are likened to symbolic codes, which the general public are not privy to, unless they dig a bit deeper.

In the film, Velvet Buzzsaw, the actor Jake Gyllenhaal plays the part of Morf Vandewalt. Morf is slang for being both male or female. Gyllenthaal plays a gay character in Velvet Buzzsaw. The Dutch surname, Vanderwalt, or Van Der Walt, is derived from Van Der Valk, which means ‘a soldier who worked a Falcon/Hawk.’

The Falcon (Valk) is a reference to a 16th century cannon, which like all early artillery was named after a bird of prey. Morf is also the reverse reading of FORM.

The actress Rene Russo plays the part of Rhodora Haze. The Rhodora is a common flowering shrub. You also have “The Rhodora,” which is an 1834 poem by American writer Ralph Waldo Emerson, a 19th century philosopher. Haze, means something such as heat or smoke in the air that makes it less clear, so that it is difficult for the ‘Eye’ to see well.

The actress Toni Collette plays the part of Gretchen. The name of Gretchen refers a willing victim of Faust’s seduction, who endures much woe, heartache and a horrendous demise in Johann Wolfgang von Goethe’s version of Faust.

The British actress Zawe Ashton plays the part of Josephina. The name of Josephina is the female variant of the Hebrew name, Joseph out of the book of (Gen-Isis) Genesis, who no doubt knew about the worship of the ancient Egyptian Goddess Isis. The Goddess Isis has another aspect as Ahathoor, who was worshipped at Aunnu, Heliopolis. Ahathoor is otherwise known as Velvet Buzzsaw Belphegor.

Josephina means, ‘God will add.’ The character of Josephina looks to be ‘Egyptian.’

The actor Tom Sturridge plays the part of Jon Dondon. The name Jon is an English name. In English the meaning of the name Jon is an abbreviation of Jonathan, meaning ‘Jehovah has been gracious or has shown favor. Dondon or Dundon, is a Gaelic surname. Don means ‘Brown, Chief and Noble,’ of similarity to Dun, which also means a hill-fort, such as Glastonbury Tor, which was once surrounded by an inland sea, of similarity to a pyramid surrounded by the sea of Nun.

The actress Natalia Dyer plays the part of Coco. The name of Coco is a Spanish nickname, which is derived from, Socorro, meaning, “succour, help, relief.” Socorro is taken from the title of the Virgin Mary María del Socorro meaning “Mary of Perpetual Succour.” Coco is also a French pet-name.

The ‘Bearded’ character, David/Daveed Diggs, whose first Hebrew name means ‘beloved,’ while Diggs is a name for someone who was a person who had a duck-like gait or bore some other resemblance to a duck. The surname Diggs is derived from Old English words duk, dukke, Duck, doke, and dook, which all mean Duck. Like a Duck takes to… Water/WC!? Or a Horus (Falcon/Hawk) takes to Velvet Buzzsaw Isis, Ahathoor, Belphegor.

The actor Peter Gadiot plays the part of Ricky Blane. The name Ricky in English is a nickname for Richard, which means, ‘powerful strong ruler.’ Blane is a Scottish surname meaning “the son of the disciple of Blaan (yellow) or Blane (the lean).”

The actor Billy Magnussen plays the part of Bryson. The name Bryson is an English surname meaning, “Son Of Brice.” The name of Brice, is Celtic, composing of bri (force, strength) or brígh (valor, strength). Variant Bryce. Short: Bri.

The actor Jon Malkovich of ‘Art School Confidential’ fame, plays the part of Piers. The name of Piers is the Medieval form of Peter. The name of Peter is derived from Greek “petros” meaning, “stone, rock.” Peter no doubt refers to St Peter, who is considered to be the rock, foundation ‘stone’ of the Church, or in the case of the Velvet Buzzsaw character of Piers, he is the Masonic foundation stone of the rich club Art establishment, which is no different to the big-business Church.

SUMMARY: This is just a ‘Wild Guess,’ just like much of the above Pop-Surrealist symbol crunching, which is no doubt completely and utterly wrong. Jake Gyllenhaal who plays the part of Morf Vandewalt, has a fling with Daveed Diggs. Morf indicates he can help Diggs with his Artistic career, or Diggs seduces Morf as a means to get into the elite Art club.Toni Collette, who plays the part of Gretchen, might have also been seduced by Diggs in his climb into the elite Art club. 

Zawe Ashton who plays the part of Josephina also has an intimate interaction with David Diggs, who reveals to him that she is not what she seems, as well as indicating she can help him with his Artistic career; somewhat like a Faustian pact, she had prior enticed another Artist to enter into, who was transformed into Hoboman. Rene Russo who plays the part of Rhodora Haze, was unable to ‘See’ through Josephina’s machinations, due to her greed.

The possible twist could be, Josephina turns out to be the Velvet Buzzsaw, who is a Tulpa, or that of an ancient Egyptian (Belphegor) spirit. Her fleshly manifestation had been conjured into being from out of an oil painting, which is her spirit repository. The painting had been created by the unknown Artist, who was pissed off with the elitism of the Art establishment.

However, he had become afraid of what he had conjured into being, who set about leaving a will that his Art should be destroyed. He was then snuffed out by his Art Muse creation. The Velvet Buzzsaw Art Muse has other ideas, who makes sure that his spirit repository paintings and turn her self survives by showing Rhodora Haze, the unknown Artist’s work. The Velvet Buzzsaw Art Muse then goes around slaughtering much of the elite Art club members, before she is eventually transformed back into a painting. The Velvet Buzzsaw painting mysteriously disappears… Diggs has it!? 

Actually, this summary of a wild guess is actually way off the mark; it turns out that the spirit of the dead Artist is the one who is seeking revenge upon the Art establishment. 

Strewth! I missed a very predictable and a rather cliché scenario, which is common knowledge… most Artists only make any money out of their Art when they are dead and buried; while, the ghoul gallery owners rake in their cash.

As mentioned, it isn’t the Artists who make Art history, it is the elitist buyers who determine those Artists who make it or not… the Art game is fixed by the Feudal Few!

Oh, well, a sexy Velvet Buzzsaw Art Muse sounded far more Jungian fun, to me!

Salem’s Vampy Vampira of Goetia Girls Research TV here, at my usual haunt of a bar. Although this time around, I’m in the Le Crazy Horse de Paris. I am ever so excited to be in Art central Paris, interviewing ghost hunter Jacques Bellegarde and the psychic detective Chantecoq about their paranormal investigations into the ghostly apparitions of the Seven Sisters Of Purgatory, haunting the Musée du Louvre. VV: Thank you both for talking to Goetia Girls Research TV and our still living audience. You both make the claim, in your book, that supernatural activity is everywhere on the dark Art side of Paris, but what makes a place truly haunted, such as the labyrinthine Art gallery of the Louvre?

CHANTECOQ: Well, it’s about the belief, the mystery, and the culture around the myth. the major Art attraction of the Louvre is not just by chance, but by design. The whole Art instillation acts something like a psychic battery… a Ley line focal point. Some of the locals believe that a number of the paintings in the Louvre are actually painted with the blood, harvested from human hearts, creating inter-dimensional portals into other realities, which open at certain Tarot key-times around the Zodiac.

VV: Ley lines… the Louvre is a psychic battery… paintings painted in human blood acting as stargates; sounds like something right out of H.P. Lovecraft’s Necronomicon brain; I love it!

JACQUES: It is all symbolic of course… an occult blind, which refers to a primordial shamanic technique the ancient Egyptian’s also practiced in their temples. The chest area of the heart is where most of the nerve fibres of the Central-Nervous-System are to be found. Also, the lungs pump out endogenous DMT, which activates the inducement of hypnagogic trance at certain circadian rhythm key-times. Basically, the Artist who to have painted the painting was in a state of hypnagogic trance while doing so. Whereas the motif of blood refers to the Artist’s emotional state when creating the Artwork. As for Ley lines and the psychic battery bit, that’s where it gets really interesting…

VV: I must admit, I never got my head around all this Ley line stuff, for real; let alone psychic batteries… the Louvre being a massive psychic battery sounds far too New-Age fluffy to me… no offence…

CHANTECOQ: No offence taken… You just figured it out without realising it, when you said… head; and I must say you do have a very pretty head… (All three laugh) 

VV: You are such a bad boy Cthulhu flirt… (All three laugh)

CHANTECOQ: (Continues) The Ley lines, which are generally seen to be hypothetical energy lines covering the Earth like a web, actually exist within your crystalline skull. What you externally observe, with your eyes is interpreted by your brain, which has a liking for patterns; whether you are aware of it or not.

CHANTECOQ: (Continued) Should you look at the world as an Artist would, you will soon realise that wherever you look, you will notice that the area you are observing has an underlying composition to it, a symmetry; hence, having a pattern. That is why, when accessing hypnagogic trance, you will sometimes experience entoptic phenomena, made up of geometric patterns looking like grids, zigzags, cones, dots, spider webs or that of Ley lines underneath the internally experienced visionary material, which is associated with what is externally observed.

VV: Is that why Palaeolithic cave paintings often feature geometric patterns; whereby indicating they were painted while in a state of hypnagogic trance?

CHANTECOQ: Yes. The caves of Lascaux for example, were the first Art gallery temples. At an external level, the cave is just a cave; but when accessing hypnagogic trance, the cave becomes a psychic battery, whose stored energy is emotion. Or should I say, it evokes an emotional reaction from one or more of the Seven Chakras of the endocrine system, within an individual, via the symbolic stimuli of the paintings. This then leads to thoughts making nigh instantaneous associative connections, which generates the entoptic phenomena of the experienced Ley lines, corresponding with the conjured visionary material of deep memories.

VV: Hang on a minute, just to clarify what you just said… when in hypnagogic trance, the symbolic stimuli of a painting evokes an emotional response from the Seven Chakras, equalling energy, which then sets up associative thoughts, being entoptic phenomena Ley lines… and that these lines of thought correspond with visionary material, that are conjured memories…

CHANTECOQ: Yes. emotion, thought and memory is symbolised as the Triangle Of Art in occult practice; but it is essentially that of Art. At the midst of the Triangle Of Art you then have the ‘eye’ of the imagination, which allows an Artist to introvert his or her five senses into the dream consciously.

CHANTECOQ: (continues) Wherein of a sixth sense lucid dream a two-dimensional painting becomes as a three-dimensional interactive reality. Whereby, a macrocosmic painting can indeed act as a Vaginal stargate into another microcosmic reality.

VV: Whoa! So the Louvre is like the painted caves of Lascaux… are you saying that the reported ghosts of the Louvre were seen by individuals who had inadvertently accessed hypnagogic trance, by any chance?

JACQUES: You are now getting very close to… Le secret du Louvre. But it’s not quite the whole story, there’s far more. Chantecoq and myself resorted to using the classic Ouija board of Surrealist automatism in a number of the Louvre galleries to see if an entity would communicate with us.

CHANTECOQ: We found that the ghost sightings are associated with singular entity, such as sightings of old guards walking through the museum, as well as the Red spectre of the Tuileries, which was initially considered to be a male ghost. But we soon discovered that the ghost in Rubedo Red is actually a female entity, which had communicated with us via the Ouija board. She even revealed that she has six other ghostly sisters as well revealing her symbolic-key of a name.

VV: So, what is her name?

JACQUES: She said her name is Belphégor. We decided to look into her name, which is listed in the grimoires as being that of a spirit. Belphégor is one of the very few spirits described manifesting as a female entity, appearing as a young girl, when conjured into a lucid dream.

JACQUES: (Continues) She is said to inspire innovative invention, especially via her Art Muse inspired dreams, which, for example could be that of innovative Art movements. However, her name is originally derived from the ancient Egyptian Goddess Ahathoor as well as being associated with another Egyptian Goddess named Amunet.

CHANTECOQ: We found it very curious indeed that Ahathoor means the house, or temple of Horus. When we looked at the Ahathoor temple plans of Edfu, we found out that the Louvre is based upon the same temple plan.

JACQUES: Going back to the Red spectre… or a red Rose, of the Tuileries… Ahathoor is depicted dressed in scarlet, who is the original scarlet woman… she is sometimes shown to be naked. The reason for her nakedness and the colour Red, is that it is associated with menstrual blood, the Rubedo of alchemy, which points at a naked Vaginal portal of ingress into this reality. As for Amunet, also pronounced Amonet or Amaunet, she was a primordial Goddess in Ancient Egyptian religion. She is a member of the Ogdoad and the consort of Amun…

CHANTECOQ: Amun is sometimes depicted as being a pyramid of light surrounded by the primordial ocean called Nun, which of similarity points at the Louvre pyramid, whose symbolism of a pyramid is associated with the Masonic symbol of the Beehive having a Queen Bee Witch.

VV: So, by using an Oiija board, you both come across the name Belphégor, which then led you to an ancient Egyptian Goddess called Ahathoor pointing at the Edfu temple, having the same ground plan as the Louvre. Are you saying that the Louvre is the house of Horus?

JACQUES: Well, actually, here in France, the Horus hawk, equates with a type of hawk called a Merlin, which is flown from a ladies hand. This then leads you to the wizard called Merlin who as a deified shaman is also associated with Amun, whose consort is Amunet. The Egyptian Goddess Amunet would then equate with Morgana le Fay coupled with Merlin, which then leads you to the locale of Glastonbury tor in the Uk, having a Seven fold Chakra spiral… Glastonbury tor was once surrounded by an inland sea, just like Amun’s pyramid, which in turn, as said, leads you to the Louvre pyramid… As for the name of Amunet, it means, ‘the female hidden one,’ like that of being masked, who is depicted wearing a Red crown wielding a staff of papyrus.

CHANTECOQ: When you have papyrus it is symbolically associated with paper unto canvas; hence, Merlin can be seen as a bearded shaman Artist, whose house is the Louvre… Funnily enough, In the innovative British and American TV series Penny Dreadful, the character of Vanessa Ives, is played by the French actress Eva Green, who is implied to be an incarnation of Amunet. You also have another French actress, Sofia Boutella playing Ahmanet, who is Amunet, in the Mummy film, which is the first official instalment in the Universal Monsters Cinematic Universe… you could say, the Mummy film, of a moving painting will act somewhat like a Vaginal portal, whose ageless archetype of the Arts is Belphégor.

VV: Curious, sounds like Belphégor is very French, no wonder Kamasutra Paris is the Art central of symbolic Alchemy, whose sorcerer Artists, inspired by their Succubus Art Muses, transmute the Seven hedonic sins into golden Tantric virtues. You mentioned that all of this is by design, what do you mean by that… who or what designed it all?

JACQUES: We suspect that it has something to do with the junk DNA, which is tied up with language. The language we are talking about here is at a far deeper level, it is symbolic, manifesting within dreams… not that of words. It’s as if, there is a symbolic code embedded in all of us, which physically manifests its self via trance Art; whereupon you then find various cultures throughout history, manifesting similar symbolic motifs across the globe, which are all interconnected.

CHANTECOQ: We found that the Belphégor dream code is associated with certain zeitgeist times, when innovative Art movements in Paris influenced the whole world. One such zeitgeist Art movement was initiated by Les Humanoïdes Associés, a publishing house specialising in comics and graphic novels. It was founded in December 1974 by Mœbius, Jean-Pierre Dionnet, Philippe Druillet and Bernard Farkas in order to publish their adult fantasy magazine, Métal Hurlant; it quickly expanded to include a variety of science fiction work.

JACQUES: Métal Hurlant was innovatively revolutionary in the comic book Art-form at the zeitgeist time; because of its inventive focus on the genre of science fiction, it inspired many generations of authors and filmmakers, such as George Lucas for his film Star Wars and Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner and Alien, as well as influencing Wachowskis Matrix trilogy. The American version of Métal Hurlant is the magazine Heavy Metal whose base of operations is in H.P. Lovecraft land Massachusetts.

VV: Yeah! Salem, that’s where I come from; born and bred as a salaciously sinful Witch… I wonder what one of the Seven very naughty Chakra sins I would be? (all three laugh.)

CHANTECOQ: We also discovered that the Paris base of Les Humanoïdes Associés is aligned with the Louvre pyramid, which both of us find to be rather curious…

VV: Looks as if Belphégor not only travels around the Ley lines like a Witch riding her broomstick, she is also into Bandes dessinées…

CHANTECOQ: What do you expect, she is a Succubus Art Muse Catwalk model out of Vogue, looking like a Vampy Vampira… (all three laugh)

VV: So, what will be the next zeitgeist Art movement, she is going to inspire, do you think?

JACQUES: Well, we did have the word, Crow, that kept on cropping up when using the Ouija board. What that means, we haven’t as yet determined…

VV: Crow… Belphégor… Crow… Belphégor… sounds familiar; I’m sure I have come across that association somewhere… not sure… where… (shakes her Louise Brookes bob style raven tresses) sorry, please continue…

JACQUES: Perhaps, going by the sensual French actresses playing the Penny Dreadful and Mummy manifestation of Amunet… pointing at Belphégor, that the next zeitgeist will occur in tandem with the return of the Universal Monsters and their sinfully delicious EC comic Cinematic Universe…

CHANTECOQ: Whatever the zeitgeist Art movement to be of an artistic manifestation; it will be very much dependent on the bearded Artist who has conjured Belphégor as his ‘throne’ of Muse inspiration… as the saying goes, “behind every great man there is a woman,” although I far prefer the Hindu adage, “a God is not a God without his Shakti.” (Chantecoq winks at Vampy Vampira. All three laugh, while drinking a third bottle of Faust, Cabernet Sauvingnon. )

BELPHEGOR DEMON GIRL: SUCCUBUS OF THE LOUVRE

Belphegor is a Velvet Buzzsaw Daemon girl who enables a Sorcerer Artist to make many a discovery, like that of an inspired electric Eel of a Nikola Tesla having visions. She also seduces a Sorcerer Artist via his lucid dreams by suggesting to him surrealistic creations, as his most wanton Art Muse.

She is a Succubus archetype of the Fallen Anima, who can be consciously conjured within a lucid dream, wherein she becomes as an interactive Art Muse reality.

The patriarchal death metal cultists of the deified Animus, whose Babalon Playgirl grimoires list only Right-Hand-Path stroke Chippendale Great-Beast archetypes, miss out on all the Left-Hand-Path stroking Playboy grimoire fun.

The minions of the deified Animus are somewhat unaware that behind the ghost mask of Belphegor, she is a Parisian Succubus archetype of the Fallen Anima.

And a very rebellious poltergeist she is too, whose Genie Bottle abode is the Art gallery of the Louvre.

But then, what do you expect of the death metal OTO priests, who are far more into conjuring up Incubi Angels and Demons dancing around their deified Animus, made as a phallic God and Devil.

Little wonder then that Holy-Wood’s indoctrinated fixation upon the deified Animus is into the Crowlyean fluid sexualities of the androgynous hermaphrodite to make political, while castigating the Fallen Anima as being mere Velvet Buzzsaw porn, or to otherwise make out she’s a celibate Virgin Mary.

The Belphegor book explores the historical background and symbolism associated with this Succubus archetype of the Fallen Anima, and how she can be conjured amidst the Triangle-Of-Art Imagination of a sorcerer, which leads to her Tulpa manifestion within a Sexagram lucid dream, to take much further of an erotic Coitus Pactum exploration.

Should you ever meet up with a crazy French lady upon a Succubus synchronicity, said woman may claim that she is the Tulku incarnation of the ancient Egyptian Goddess Ahathoor, who has been conjured into flesh, via the mass mind focus upon a mummified Belphegor, haunting the Louvre…

Don’t worry about it; just whimsically say that you are a reincarnation of an ancient Egyptian sorcerer, who has been hunting her down through the aeons to possess. So, you always knew where she came from, to reawaken out of her fleshly sarcophagus.

Then invite her back to your Arkham asylum Art studio, and everything will be okay, of an Ouroboros soul-mate dance; for it takes two to trance tango naked through the Sirian stargate, when the Animus and Anima Coitus Pactum unite.

This is especially the case if you then to engage in the Tantric practice of the Velvet Buzzsaw, which of Sex-Magic street Art slang means performing cunnilingus by trembling your head quickly, laterally, allowing the tip of your tongue to rapidly clean her Sirius star-gate of a clitoris.

But, if you get on the wrong Belphegor side of Ahathoor, you will soon find that she has very sharp, feline claws, whose Velvet Buzzsaw becomes a… vagina dentata Buzzsaw.

Such an end will invariably lead to you becoming a Hoboman, or very dead, and quite unknown. You might even leave behind a will to indicate that your Artwork is to destroyed, since it is the spirit repository of an angered Art Muse, Belphegor.

Although, Belphegor to purr as a playful remote viewing Kitten, when she laps up her Artist’s cream, since AHA-thoor has a spirit bondage liking for an older Sorcerer Artist with a Crow-Ley wizard beard, who desires to paint her Playboy grimoire portrait, via which she becomes Louvre immortal as the Anima in the living Art Muse flesh.

ANIMA/YIN +COITUS PACTUM+ ANIMUS/YANG = TAO

NOTE: In a heterosexual relationship dynamic the male projects his Anima upon a woman, and she likewise projects her Animus upon him.

This Anima – Animus projection is usually done unconsciously, without realising why they are actually attracted to one another. The attraction is due to the unconscious influence of the Anima and Animus.

The inner archetypes of attraction is also applicable to those of other sexual orientations; whence the archetypes of the Anima and Animus are for them, reversed. 

EXERCISE: Ask yourself who would you consider to be your perfect partner? By doing so, you are Conjuring up the Anima – Animus.

1: Describe to yourself what your perfect partner would look like, his/her qualities, etc, and how he/she will empower your inner-self-image. Act as if you are seriously speaking to an audience, like that of a salesperson describing the latest snazzy product. You want your imagined audience to believe you. Write it down.

NEXT: After you have done the above, take five minutes out, by watching a funny kiddies cartoon and lighten up. Hell, take it even further, have a pillow fight with your imaginary childhood friend looking like a Pooka. then onto 2:

2: Describe to yourself what your perfect partner would look like, his/her qualities, etc, and how he/she will empower your inner-self-image. Act as if you are telling a fairy story to a child. Write it down.

NEXT: After you have done the above, take five minutes out, by having a coffee, while munching a snack; basically, totally veg out, without a care in the world. then onto 3:

3: Describe to yourself what your perfect partner would look like, his/her qualities, etc, and how he/she will empower your inner-self-image. Be brutally honest with yourself. Write it down.

You will very likely find that the third part of this exercise will contradict the first part. It is the third question that the Neuro-Marketeers would consider as being the voice of your unconscious reptilian-brain drive, which actually determines your actions. It is here that the archetypes of the Anima and Animus resides.

What is more, the reptilian-brain thinks in (Anima – Animus) symbols, not words, which is directly connected to your optic nerve. So, first impressions, when meeting someone determines the nature of the attraction, or, as the saying goes, falling in love at first sight!

 

NOTE: Should you not be aware of your inner self-image, you can utilise the above exercise in the same way, when to ask yourself the question, “who am I?” However, the conjuration of the Anima – Animus, will reflect back how you see yourself in relation to their imagined images. Basically, the Anima – Animus mirrors back those qualities you have, or seek to attain. 

Overall, the symbolism of Belphegor is the Anima counterpart of the bearded sorcerer, who works through his own shit!     

The grimoires do relate that Belphegor is associated with relationship dynamics, which is said, she observes.
